Smart Counter Solutions raise the security and the efficiency of border management at the same time. The AI-driven system holds the integrity of the process together — identity verified biometrically, travel documents analysed, authenticity checked, biometrics enrolled and passport stamps managed — and it actively reports security breaches such as a missed inspection, an unauthorized crossing or incomplete stamping, so no anomaly goes unnoticed.
AI assists the inspector by automating and optimizing the routine, which raises both the speed and the accuracy of an inspection, and handles complex data analysis so the officer is free for the decisions that matter. The counter itself is designed around the officer: a more comfortable, ergonomic position to work from, for longer.

Capturing images of a whole passport — data page, visas and stamps — has been inefficient and poor in quality, and extracting and analysing that data by hand has been harder still. Both have been critical pain points in border management, and the AI-powered EagleEye series was developed to address them.
EagleEye captures the passport digitally and shows it inside the system, which removes the time-consuming and error-prone manual extraction of biographical information, visas, passport stamps and other travel data. It is built for border inspection, entry and exit management, visa issuance management and the other demanding tasks of border control — filling the gap in automatic, comprehensive passport analysis so that authorities can reduce threats to their territory, safeguard their citizens, and improve both the accuracy and the efficiency of their operations.

The EagleEye system
The platform analyses passport data with AI, including elements as hard to read as worn passport stamps, and extracts what matters from them: biographical data, the countries of entry and exit, and the corresponding dates.

Travel Document Management System
Every page is held together with what was read from it: the seal images, the country, the direction of travel and the date, page by page and under white, infrared and ultraviolet light. When it is needed, an authorized operator verifies what the system identified, so the record is accurate before it is relied on.
