BioTab is a MOSIP-compliant and certified Android tablet that both enrols and verifies. Fingerprint, dual iris, face and contactless card reading are built into one 8-inch handheld, so an officer can register an applicant at a desk in the morning and verify identities at a polling station or a border post in the afternoon — on the same device, on battery, over 4G.

FAP50 fingerprints
An integrated FAP50 scanner at 500 dpi minimum, certified by both the FBI and MOSIP — large enough a capture area for slap prints, not just single fingers.
Dual iris
Both eyes are captured at once with infrared illumination, to an ISO-compliant image.
Face capture
A 13 MP rear camera with auto-focus and flash for the subject, and a 5 MP front camera for the operator side of the exchange.
Contactless and NFC
An integrated contactless card reader reads the chip in an eID card or ePassport, so the document and the holder are checked at the same moment.
Android 12 and room to work
An octa-core processor up to 3.4 GHz, 12 GB of memory and 512 GB of storage — enough to run matching and hold a working dataset offline.
Made for the field
IP65 sealed, 12 000 mAh replaceable battery, Wi-Fi, 3G/4G, Bluetooth and GPS, with a cover, carrying bag, spare battery and Bluetooth printer in the box.
