Certificate Issuing Kiosk
An unattended solution for issuing certificates and official documents.
Certificates are usually the last thing still tying a citizen to a counter: printed, stamped, signed, logged and handed over by an officer. This kiosk does the whole sequence unattended — laser-printing an A4 certificate on both sides, applying an embossed stamp, a wet ink stamp or an RFID tag, taking the fee, recording the finished document and issuing it, with a card reader, barcode scanner, receipt printer, touch screen and signature panel built in.

Double-sided A4 printing
A laser printer produces the certificate itself, printed on both sides at full A4 — and more than one certificate type comes out of the same unit.
Stamps and RFID
Embossed stamps, wet ink stamps and RFID tags can all be applied to the certificate, so what the citizen collects is a finished, sealed document.
Traceability before issuing
A built-in scanning system records each completed certificate before it is handed over, so every document issued has a record behind it.
Identification and payment
A card reader and barcode scanner identify the applicant or their collection slip, and the POS module takes the fee, with a receipt printed on the spot.
Touch screen and signature
The applicant works through a touch screen and signs on the signature panel, so acknowledgement of collection is captured at the machine.
Robust and compact
A freestanding solid steel cabinet with a small footprint, easy to deploy, and flexible enough that the module set can be configured to the program.
Different documents from one unit
The kiosk is not tied to a single template. People can collect different types of A4 certificate from one single unit, which is what makes it worth installing in a hall that issues more than one kind of document.
Sealed, not just printed
A printed sheet is not a certificate until it carries a seal. The kiosk applies embossed stamps, wet ink stamps and RFID tags, so the document that comes out is complete and verifiable rather than something that still has to go to a desk.
