Smart Taxi Solutions

Operations Management Services

Convenient ride-hailing, efficient order acceptance, precise supervision.

Smart Taxi Solutions are built on a three-tier architecture of intelligent peripherals, smart terminals and service platforms, which together give a taxi operator one monitoring and dispatch command platform. Real-time vehicle status, driver behaviour, dispatching and pricing are overseen from it, and an online ride-hailing and calling platform sits in front of it for the passenger. The aim is a fleet that is more efficient to run, safer to operate and easier to drive for.

Peripherals, terminals and platform as one chain
Capabilities

From the street to the command platform

Intelligent peripherals

Top lights, fare meters, LED displays, cameras and the emergency button — the equipment in the vehicle that the rest of the chain reads.

Ride-hailing service

A ride-hailing app and mobile platform bring the passenger to the fleet directly, rather than leaving the trip to chance on the street.

Order acceptance and confirmation

The order reaches the driver on the on-board terminal and is confirmed there, so the trip is agreed before the vehicle moves.

Real-time supervision

Vehicle status, driver behaviour, dispatching and pricing are supervised live from the operator's command platform.

Driver behaviour and safety

Driving status monitoring, alarm monitoring, video surveillance and emergency command and dispatch are part of the same platform.

Operations and maintenance

Vehicle condition supervision, complaint management, inspection management and statistical reports close the loop on running the fleet.

What the supervision platform watches

One platform carries the whole of it — what the vehicle is doing, what the driver is doing, and what the operator has to answer for afterwards.

On the street

A fleet that is dispatched rather than left to chance

A rank fills and empties by luck unless something is directing it. Ride-hailing brings the passenger to a particular vehicle, and the order is accepted and confirmed on the terminal before the taxi moves.

A ride-hailing app and the mobile platform behind it put the fleet on the passenger's phone — the nearest free vehicle, hailed and tracked to the door.

Configurations

The smart on-board terminal

The terminal in the vehicle is Android-based and handles information collection, processing, storage, transmission, display and control — ride-hailing applications, video monitoring and playback, SMS card insertion, document display, order acceptance, QR code payment, intelligent navigation, voice broadcasting and service evaluation. It comes in a built-in version and a desktop version.

Remote control and pricing

Devices are supervised remotely, with price control based on driving distance. CAN price control integrates onboard computer raw data, enabling verification assistance against positioning information.

Peripherals and interface

Multiple peripherals in the vehicle — top lights, fare meters — are managed as one. An LCD screen supports multi-touch and physical buttons, for a driver wearing gloves in traffic.

Positioning and supervision

GPS, BeiDou and hybrid positioning modes provide real-time time, latitude, longitude and speed. The taxi supervision system carries this into remote management, command and dispatch, and driver supervision.
