The Smart Counter raises the security and the efficiency of a staffed crossing at once, at air, land, rail and sea borders. The AI-driven system verifies identity biometrically, analyses the travel document, checks its authenticity, enrolls biometrics and manages the passport stamps — and it actively reports the breaches that matter: a missed inspection, an unauthorized crossing, an incomplete stamping.
What the counter brings together
Central control terminal
Controls the eGates, the biometric enrollment devices, the screen, temperature, lighting, login, stamp management and blind-spot monitoring — with real-time alerts and officer duty management.
Passport analysis at the desk
EagleEye Lite reads and analyses the entire ePassport while the officer flips it.
EagleEye LiteStamps under control
The temporary stamps locker tracks every stamp by RFID, verifies date and pattern by OCR, and alerts on a missed or duplicated stamping.
The passenger side
A smart inquiry terminal with more than 75 languages, a biometric enrollment device for face and 4-4-2 fingerprints, and the border control eGate itself.
Peripherals
Inspection lighting in white and ultraviolet, a passport cancellation machine, and machine-learning tailgating video detection.
Built around the officer
Environmental settings are customized to the inspector, in a position designed to be worked in for a full shift.
