The intelligent dispatching system is the core component of the Intelligent Bus SaaS Platform. It collects, transmits and processes information about buses, passenger flow and road conditions, and monitors and dispatches the fleet in real time on that basis — so the operational status of buses follows actual need rather than a timetable written months ago. Around it, the all-in-one operation system carries card issuance and key management, clearing and settlement, customer service, business management, communication and reporting, for buses, subways, BRT and taxis alike.

Accurate dispatch
Passenger demand is managed through big-data layering, offering a range of precise dispatching methods rather than a single rule.
AI-powered real-time dispatch
Passenger flow prediction, traffic condition prediction and resource forecasting feed an intelligent schedule that changes with the day.
Video and GIS monitoring
Location and video together give visualised management and dynamic monitoring of how the vehicles are actually running.
Safety warning
Online and offline analysis of passenger flow changes, vehicle conditions, road conditions and driver conditions provides early anomaly detection and emergency response plans.
Clearing and settlement
Transaction records from every mode are processed, cleared and settled, with accurate reconciliation against multiple third-party payment platforms — financial cards, QR code payments and the scheme's own card in one set of books.
Issuance, service and reporting
Public key management, card issuance, customer service, business management, communication and report query systems sit on the same platform as the money, so an operator answers questions from one place.
Two dispatching terminals
The terminal is what the system reaches into the bus with. Two versions cover the range from a straightforward dispatching screen to a full monitoring and driver-assistance unit.

The camera grid and the route map are read together — where each vehicle is, and what is happening inside it — so a dispatcher acts on the road rather than on the schedule.

Intelligent Dispatching Screen (Standard)
An Android-based, screen-integrated on-board terminal for bus dispatching, driver attendance, vehicle positioning, data collection and anomaly alarms. Real-time location over GPS, BeiDou and hybrid positioning; four camera interfaces for interior and road conditions; automatic and manual next-stop announcements; single-sided and cluster scheduling; I/O data collection for door, ticket box and reverse status.
Multi-functional Dispatching Terminal (Advanced)
An intelligent terminal combining scheduling, management and monitoring, with remote bus scheduling, data collection, real-time video monitoring and playback analysis from a central database. Twelve camera interfaces; an AI algorithm that analyses driver behaviour and assists driving; CAN data and equipment status collection; forward collision, lane departure, pedestrian collision and overspeed warnings; built-in 4G for real-time transmission of location, vehicle status, alarms, audio and video.
