Smart Application System
“One to many” — one officer, several applicants, one counter.
A counter is usually one officer serving one applicant. The Smart Application System breaks that ratio: applicants enrol their own biometrics and submit their documents at their own position, while a single officer supervises several positions at once and verifies what has been submitted through the same interface. It is a hybrid of self-service and counter service — ID document reading, receipt scanning, fingerprint capture, facial recognition, printing and payment in one platform, with AI carrying the routine work.

A counter that serves more than one person at a time
One to many
Several application positions are supervised by a single officer, who steps in where a person needs help rather than working through the queue one at a time.
Self-service and counter service
The applicant does what they can do themselves; the officer verifies what has been submitted from the same interface. Neither model on its own moves a hall this quickly.
Document reading and scanning
Identity documents are read and receipts scanned at the position, so the paperwork enters the application without being re-keyed.
Fingerprint, face, signature, iris
The biometric set is configurable — fingerprint and facial recognition as standard, with signature and iris capture where the program calls for them.
Printing and payment
Receipts print and fees are taken at the same position, so an application is completed rather than passed to another desk.
Data brought in, not typed in
Applicant data is acquired from pre-registration platforms, the national identity database or another authorized body, so the visit starts with the record already populated.

Efficiency at counter registration
The island puts several application positions around one supervising officer. Applicants work in parallel instead of in sequence, which is where the throughput comes from — the same staff serving a queue that would otherwise need a counter each.

Verification, enrolment and submission in one unit
Identity verification, biometric enrolment and application submission are integrated into a single position, so the applicant does not move between machines to complete one piece of business.

Configured to the program’s biometric set
Flexible configurations for fingerprint, face, signature and iris capture — a passport program and a social benefits registration do not need the same modalities, and the same hardware covers both.

The record arrives before the applicant does
Data is acquired from pre-registration platforms, the national identity database or other authorized bodies. The applicant confirms and completes rather than dictating their details across a counter.

Built to the shape of the room
An island, a curved bank, a straight run — the system meets the space it is going into through configuration rather than redesign, and the module set can be upgraded later without replacing the furniture.
