An advanced biometric self-registration solution.
BioKiosk lets applicants register themselves. Portrait capture, travel-document and smart-card reading, iris, fingerprint and signature, QR scanning and receipt printing are all built into one standing unit. It detects how tall the person in front of it is and raises or lowers the console and camera to suit them, so a person completes the whole data collection at their own pace — and an office turns a queue at a counter into a row of self-service positions.

Face capture
A camera on the column photographs the applicant, framed and lit by the kiosk itself rather than by a member of staff, with the portrait checked for ICAO compliance as it is taken.
About the Photo QMSFingerprint, and iris if needed
Fingerprints are captured as standard and the kiosk extends to iris, so one machine covers a program’s full biometric set.
Document reading
Existing identity documents are read at the kiosk, so the applicant’s breeder record enters the session without being re-keyed.
Cards, codes and receipts
A contact smart-card reader takes ID-1 cards to ISO 7816, a scanner reads barcodes and QR codes from appointment slips, and a thermal printer cuts the receipt at the end of the session.
Intelligent lighting
The kiosk measures the light around it and adjusts the fill light to match, so the portrait is evenly lit in a bright lobby or a dim hall alike.
Hyper-intelligence
The console and the camera raise and lower themselves to the person in front of them — tall or short, standing or in a wheelchair.
Signature on the screen
The 15.6-inch touch display doubles as the signature pad, so the specimen signature is captured on the same surface the applicant has been working on.
Iris without contact
A colour and an infrared camera take both irises at once from 40 to 80 cm away — no chin rest, and nothing for the applicant to lean into.
Reachable by everyone
A backlit headphone jack and a backlit panel put audio guidance within reach, alongside the two speakers, so the kiosk works for an applicant who cannot follow the screen.
Witnessed and recorded
A separate surveillance camera watches the session and a 3D depth camera sees the person in front of the kiosk, which is what lets an unattended machine be trusted with an enrolment.
Managed as a fleet
The Kiosk Management System puts every kiosk on one screen, so a deployment is administered centrally rather than machine by machine.
The light adapts to the room
A sensor reads the ambient light and sets the fill light to suit it, so the face is evenly exposed wherever the kiosk stands. It is the difference between a portrait that passes the quality check first time and an applicant sent back to try again.
The kiosk meets the person
The operation console and the camera adjust their own height to whoever steps up — a tall adult, a child, someone in a wheelchair. Nobody has to stretch, crouch or ask for help, which is what makes an unattended kiosk genuinely unattended.
Every kiosk on one screen
Kiosks are rarely deployed one at a time. The Kiosk Management System gives administrators a single interface over the whole estate — so status, configuration and content are handled centrally instead of by visiting each machine in turn.
